It does not contain live human adenoviruses, but contains human adenovirus based vectors that cannot multiply in the body and are completely safe. Human adenovirus vector was tested on tens of thousands of people worldwide and it has a long history of approved and registered vaccines and drugs including cancer therapy drugs.
